3D Imagaing Solutions
Private Placement - UK£3 million
Our client is an imaging solutions business specializing in the provision
of digitization, imaging, multimedia and visualization services. The company's
leading expertise is in transforming real world objects into perfect three-dimensional
digital copies and utilizing these as the foundations for creating solutions
targeting education, engineering, art and heritage, medical and dental,
and the creative industries. The company's patented laser scanning technology
has set a new standard for digital image creation and usage, and with
its robust technological base the company is aggressively building a business
to service a rapidly growing market for high-quality commercial archiving,
authentication and multimedia services.
2.
Television Network
- Private Placement - US $16.5 million (current round - $6.5 million)
Our client owns and operates the
world’s first 24x7 television network targeting the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual
and Transgender (“GLBT”) communities. Successfully launched in Canada
in 2001 by its publicly traded Canadian media company parent, our client
is seeking to raise US$16.5 million (in two tranches) to fund the expansion
of the network into the United States, targeting the large underserved
Gay and Lesbian vertical market, creating a significant potential for
financial returns.
3.
Interactive Television
- Private Placement - UK £4 million
Our client owns and operates the
leading job listings digitial TV channel in the UK. The company was formed
to take advantage of the rapid growth in interactive digital television
(iDTV). It has two subsidiaries: One offers a database of job vacancies,
which can be searched by viewers on all three interactive digital TV platforms.
The second is a design and technology subsidiary which provides iDTV consultancy
and other services to central and local government and commercial organisations.

Entertainment
- Private Placement - US $10 million
Our client is
a leading US-based independent multimedia entertainment company combining
state-of-art technologies with creative product that meets the growing
demand of today’s market. Experienced management led by CEO who with track
record of generating $1 billion in sales with Sony Corporation.
5.
Wireless
Media
- Private Placement- Euro 2 million
European based Content Solutions venture focused on wireless GPRS 2.5G
and 3G UMTS audiovisual content aggregation and syndication seeking early-stage
financing. Our client is focused on providing intelligent and responsive
wireless content solutions for mobile operators internationally. Established
in 2000, the company develops, licenses and provides wireless content
solution applications to mobile operators across Europe and North America.
These advanced solutions harness proven entertainment applications, games,
and other content which rely on interactivity and reward-based motivational
concepts to precipitate user interactivity.
