Cameron Thomson Group Brings Intelynx to e-Learning Market

Cameron Thomson Group Enlisted to Orchestrate Sale of its Interlynx Multimedia Subsidiary

November 10, 2000, Toronto, Canada - Cameron Thomson Group, the industry pioneer in business development solutions for the converging media and entertainment industries, today announced it has entered into a strategic relationship with Chell Merchant Capital Group (Nasdaq: CHEL), a merchant capital group founded to discover, finance and grow technology companies centred around the exploding Application Service Provider space. As a result of the agreement with Chell, Cameron Thomson Group will orchestrate the sale of Interlynx Multimedia Inc., a world leader in the rapidly expanding e-learning industry that develops Web-based interactive learning solutions for businesses internationally.
